The Softballa® Balance Pod is perfect for all hitters, pitchers and overhand throwing positions.
The Balance Pod is great for hitters to help them engage their lower half and really feel their legs. Helps transfer their weight and power into their swing. The Balance Pod can be used for tee drills or front toss.
For pitchers, the Balance Pod is ideal for transferring power and weight into a good "running" front knee position to get the most explosion into the pitch. It is also a good assistance for pitchers who may leap or "crow hop", it order to feel the correct foot placement and power position. The Balance Pod can also be used for spins, especially curve and rise. The spiked side allows pitchers to over exaggerate the spin and really see if they are doing the spin correctly or not.
The Balance Pod can also be used for overhand throwing and increasing balance and power through the overhand throw, teaching softballas to use their legs when they throw and transfer their wright properly.
